About Us

Nomorehotels consists of a dedicated team of property professionals that continuously seek investment opportunities around the world. The company directors have over 12 years of experience within the property sector and are highly experienced in locating new opportunities as well as knowing which pitfalls to avoid.

Our criteria considers value, safety, resale potential, rental yields and of course the wow factor for all developments:

  • Value for money: we compare local prices, ensuring we never pay above the current rates.
  • Credible developers: we want our business to flourish. Establishing links with developers who are credible is of great importance to us. This increases the chances of clients returning. Hence, we are very careful whom we work with.
  • Strong resale potential: a local resale market must exist. We are normally instructed by our clients to resell the properties at a later date.
  • Healthy Rental market: our developments provide healthy rental yields, normally in excess of 10%.
  • Unique opportunities: we look for the wow factor that signifies an exquisite development, distinguishing it from the ordinary. This could be views, location, price, architecture, specifications or just something that sets the development apart from the rest.

Over the past three decades or so property has outperformed many other forms of conventional investments by exposing investors to significantly reduced risks, whilst delivering greater rewards. Buying property through NoMoreHotels ensures the ability to enter into projects at the earliest stages of development guaranteeing equity before the property is built together with a tangible asset that can be either be enjoyed for personal use, rented or sold at any time.
