2. How many floors are there within the development ?
There are six floors consisting of residential apartments, ground floor where there will be the reception and lobby area, restaurant and shop and a lower ground floor consisting of swimming pool, gym, sauna and massage rooms.
3. What is included in the price ?

4. Is there VAT to pay ?
Vat is already included in the price of 20% and is paid by the developer.
5. What other charges are upon completion ?
The following charges are applicable
· Municipality tax 2%
· Notary fee 1%
· Land registry costs 0.1%
6. Maintenance charges & what do they include ?
Maintenance charges will apply of 14 Euros per square metre and will include servicing and cleaning all apartments once a week as well as providing 24-hour security, reception staff, electricity and repairs within common parts as well as cleaning of internally and externally common parts.
9. What guarantees are there on the building ?
All works are guaranteed for 10 years. A building insurance will also be in place to cover accidental damage.
10. What are your management charges ?
Nomorehotels will charge a 15% management fee.
11. When would I receive the rental payments ?
Payments will be made on 1st April and 15th December of each and subsequent year. Payments will be transferred directly to your nominated bank account.
12. Can I use the apartment for myself or my family ?
Yes, you may use the apartment as many times as you wish. Any rental payments will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
13. Are the apartments Freehold ?
Yes, all the apartments are freehold and will have individual title deeds.
14. Does the project currently have planning permission ?
Yes, in fact the foundation is currently being laid at present.
15. What measures if any will be taken to protect investors ?
Nomorehotels has appointed an independent structural engineer to oversee each stage of the work. A copy of his findings will also be available for viewing purposes only. In addition our lawyers will ensure all the legal requirements are also met before each instalment is paid.
16. Can I sell my apartments at any time ?
Yes, all contracts are assignable. Capital gains is based at 15% if sold within 5 years or zero thereafter. If prices continue to rise at 20% per annum over the next few years that would mean a property worth £40k now cold be worth £64k by 2009.
17. What id is required to purchase an apartment ?
A certified copy of your passport, utility bill and/or bank statement.
